Who do I call if I have issues or want to check on the status of my ride?

- To check on the status of a ride, call (800) 244-4410 and select the propt to check on the status of your ride.
What information should I be ready to provide when calling to schedule a ride?
Please have the following information ready at the time you'd like to schedule a ride:
- Address of destination.
- The time of your appointment.
- Approximate time for return pickup.
- Alert the Call Center to any special mobility needs you may have, i.e. wheelchair assistance, help from your front door, etc.
- Let the Call Center know if you will have a caretaker with you (caretakers ride at no charge).
How should I prepare for my ride?
- Pack an adequate supply of medicine, oxygen, insulin, inhalers, etc. just in case an unexpected occurrence arises.
- Be ready a few minutes early to allow time for assistance to the bus.
- Plan ahead! Limit your packages.
Are vehicles accessible?
- All vehicles are equipped with lifts and are wheelchair accessible.
- If you have special mobility needs, drivers may assist you from your door onto the bus.
- Always wait for the bus to come to a complete stop before approaching.
What are the bus rules?
- Buckle up, it's the law!
- Stay seated while the bus is in motion.
- No eating, drinking or smoking is allowed on the bus.
- NOTE: Bus drivers are happy to serve you. However, they are not allowed to enter your home or accept tips.
What if I don't live in one of the participating townships?
Will County currently has multiple dial-a-ride services. Eligibility requirements may vary, but they are often based on a resident's township.
